The Application does not directly collect, store, or transmit any personal information from your device. However, the Application utilizes third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) to provide advertising and handle in-app purchases. These third parties may collect information used to identify you.

The Application uses third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies. You can find links to their policies below:

• Google AdMob: To serve advertisements. They may collect your Advertising ID (IDFA on iOS or AAID on Android), IP address, and device technical specifications to serve relevant ads. Google Privacy & Terms

Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?

The Application does not collect, access, or track precise information about the location of your mobile device. Note that third-party advertising partners may use your IP address to determine your general vicinity for localized advertising.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

Aside from the third-party service providers listed above, the Service Provider does not share any data with outside parties. These third parties only access information automatically collected by their integrated SDKs to perform their specific functions (advertising and payment processing).

What are my opt-out rights?

• Uninstall: You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it through the standard processes available on your mobile device or via the app marketplace.
• Limit Ad Tracking: You can opt-out of personalized advertising by adjusting the privacy settings on your device (e.g., Limit Ad Tracking on iOS or Opt out of Ads Personalization on Android).

Children

The Application is not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's internet usage. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider, please contact support@arcaleph.com so that the necessary actions can be taken. You must be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (or have a parent/guardian do so on your behalf).

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. While the Application itself does not store your data, the third-party services used (AdMob and App Stores) employ industry-standard security measures to protect the data they process.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
